screening test of one paper consisting of 100 questions of 2 hours duration in
two parts as below:-
Part-I: 50 questions of multiple choices
of General knowledge, numerical ability and reasoning etc. - 50 marks.
Part-II: 50 questions of multiple
choices covering the field of Industrial Management etc. - 50 marks.

for the concerned post(s); the syllabus will be as under except the posts of Assistant
District Attorney (item No. II-A), Principal, ITI (item No. IV-A), Law Officer GradeI
(Item No. VI-D), Accounts Officer (Item No. VI-E), Assistant Finance Officer
(Executive Trainee-Finance) (item No. VI-H), Assistant Officer (Executive TraineeRelief
& Rehabilitation) (item No. VI-I), Law Officer (item No. VII-A) and Assistant
Research Officer (Item No. IX):-
(i) 80 questions as per essential qualification(s) prescribed in the advertisement
against each post.
(ii) 10 questions consisting General Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh.
(iii) 10 questions consisting of General Knowledge of National / International
affairs.
This is the syllabus for Principal ITI as per the advertisement. What books other than general knowledge (HP, national and international) should be used.
